Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate at Hotel Goodwill, Patan. The Sales Associate will play a key role in generating business for the hotel by promoting rooms, event spaces, F&B outlets, and special packages. This position requires a blend of proactive sales outreach, exceptional client service, and close coordination with operational teams to ensure a seamless guest experience from inquiry to post-stay follow-up.
Qualifications
- Prior 0-2 years sales experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with hotel booking systems is a plus.
- Professional appearance and a guest-focused mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
