Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kathmandu for a Food and Beverage Supervisor. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dining areas, ensuring service standards are met, and managing staff. They will also handle customer inquiries and complaints, lead and motivate the team, and ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills: Experience in managing and motivating staff
- Service Standards: Knowledgeable in maintaining high service standards
- Food Service: Proficient in food and beverage service operations
- Customer Service: Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Relevant experience in the food and beverage industry is an advantage
- Education or certification in hospitality management or a related field is preferred
