Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kathmandu for the role of Lecturer in Responsible Business, Digital and Global Context for MNEs. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lectures, developing engaging and up-to-date course materials, assessing student work, and providing academic advising and support. In addition to teaching, the Lecturer is expected to participate actively in research activities, attend departmental and faculty meetings, and contribute to academic events. A strong commitment to student engagement and an active role in fostering a vibrant and inclusive academic environment are essential.
Qualifications
- Experience in teaching and educational instruction
- Advanced subject-matter expertise in areas including Responsible Business Practices, Global Strategy for MNEs, Business Ethics, or Digital Business Transformation.
- Skills in curriculum development and course planning
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capability to initiate, conduct, or support research projects aligned with global business, sustainability, or digital innovation.
- Minimum of a Master’s degree in Business, Management, International Business, or a closely related discipline
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with students and faculty
