Job Description

We’re looking for a Customer Service Manager who is passionate about people, problem-solving, and performance. You’ll lead our support team across multiple products, ensuring timely service, happy customers, and revenue through upselling and cross-selling.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the customer support team across multiple products.
  • Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Ensure implementation of support processes and training programs.
  • Collaborate with development and sales teams to align customer feedback and drive improvements.
  • Identify and grab opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Set team KPIs and conduct performance reviews.


What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in a customer service leadership role (Tech preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience with CRM/helpdesk tools
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and grow individuals and teams..
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to convert support conversations into sales opportunities.
