Job Description
We’re looking for a Customer Service Manager who is passionate about people, problem-solving, and performance. You’ll lead our support team across multiple products, ensuring timely service, happy customers, and revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the customer support team across multiple products.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Ensure implementation of support processes and training programs.
- Collaborate with development and sales teams to align customer feedback and drive improvements.
- Identify and grab opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Set team KPIs and conduct performance reviews.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in a customer service leadership role (Tech preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business, Communications, or related field.
- Experience with CRM/helpdesk tools
- Strong people management skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and grow individuals and teams..
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to convert support conversations into sales opportunities.
