Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative based in Kathmandu, allowing some work from home. The Customer Service Representative will be for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The representative will interact with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat to provide timely and accurate support. Additionally, they will handle customer service requests, provide information about products and services, and escalate issues to appropriate teams when necessary.


Qualifications

  • Customer Service, Customer Support, and resolving customer issues skills
  • Experience in Customer Satisfaction and maintaining a positive Customer Experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely as needed
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
