Compensation: Up to Rs4,755,000
Working Hours: 7am–3pm ET (5pm–1am NPT)

What You’ll Do
As a Staff Full Stack Software Engineer, you’ll build and scale the technology that powers Levo’s Recruit, Retain, and Recognize workflows. You’ll collaborate with product, design, and operations to build high-quality, production-grade systems that solve real customer pain points.
Your Work Will Span Across
Front-End Development
- Implement responsive UIs using React.js, HTML, and JavaScript
- Collaborate with design to bring elegant, minimal interfaces to life
- Optimize performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility
- Build scalable APIs and services with Python (Flask) and PostgreSQL
- Architect and maintain job schedulers and integrations (e.g., Twilio)
- Implement robust data validation and automation pipelines
- Lead deployment workflows via CI/CD pipelines
- Drive AWS-based infrastructure optimization and Heroku migration
- Improve system uptime, observability, and scaling

- Write clean, maintainable code that gets the job done
- Ask "why?" before jumping into implementation
- Can debug an incident just as well as they can build a feature
- 5+ years as a full stack engineer in production environments
- Strong proficiency with React.js, Python (Flask), and PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with AWS, CI/CD tools, and third-party API integrations
- Strong product intuition and collaboration skills
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and serverless architecture
- Background in healthcare or operational tooling
- Open-source contributions or technical writing
Within 15 Days
- Onboard to Levo’s infrastructure, staging, and deployment flows
- Fix at least one production bug or implement a small feature
- Pair with senior engineers on core Retain or Recruit codebases
- Lead development of a feature or infrastructure improvement
- Contribute to documentation, linting standards, or tooling improvements
- Participate in code reviews and daily stand-ups
- Own and ship a high-impact feature from design to production
- Propose improvements to scaling, uptime, or internal tools
- Partner with our CEO on new features
