About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Engineer with 4-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern web technologies and the ability to work independently while contributing to innovative projects across our technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern technologies
Build responsive frontend interfaces with Next.js and TypeScript
Develop robust backend APIs using Python and FastAPI
Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas and queries
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
Troubleshoot and debug applications across the full stack
Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices

Required QualificationsExperience

4-6 years of professional software development experience
Proven hands-on experience with the following technologies:

TypeScript - Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript
Next.js - Experience building production React applications
Python - Solid backend development experience
FastAPI - RESTful API development and integration
PostgreSQL - Database design, optimization, and management

Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Understanding of microservices architecture
Experience with version control systems (Git)
Understanding of web development best practices and design patterns
Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies

Core Skills

Self-starter mentality - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication skills - Comfortable communicating technical concepts in English

Nice to Have

AI/ML Experience - Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic systems, and related AI technologies
Experience with prompt engineering and AI model integration
Familiarity with vector databases and embedding techniques
Knowledge of additional frameworks or languages
Open source contributions
