Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field
- At least two years of experience in business development, sales or related field
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing techniques, employer branding, and business development strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets and deadlines, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Fluency in English and Nepali is required
