Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and professional Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing guidance and counseling to students regarding educational opportunities abroad.
- Ensuring that clients receive accurate and timely information.
- Offer guidance and counseling to students on educational opportunities abroad, ensuring they receive accurate and comprehensive information about universities, courses, and admission processes.
- Regularly update yourself with the latest information regarding universities, colleges, and immigration policies abroad.
- Provide clear and precise information to clients, answering their queries and addressing their concerns.
- Prepare and execute plans and ideas based on marketing activities. Ensure active participation in promotional campaigns.
- Make weekly reports on activities and provide feedback to the manager on the progress of counseling sessions and client satisfaction.
- Attend meetings, workshops, and conferences both within the country and abroad to stay informed about the latest trends and opportunities in education.
- Ensure that clients are satisfied with our services, providing follow-up support as needed.
- Counsel students in a way that makes them feel comfortable and supported throughout the process.
