Job Description
Meta Ads Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (formerly known as Facebook) advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, adjust targeting, and allocate budgets to maximize ROI.
- Stay updated on Meta Ads best practices and industry trends.
Google Ads Management:
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and video.
- Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and set bid strategies.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust campaigns as needed.
Ad Structure Building:
- Develop well-organized ad structures that align with business goals.
- Group keywords, ad creatives, and landing pages logically for efficient management.
- Implement A/B testing to improve ad performance.
Pixel Setup and Tracking:
- Set up and configure tracking pixels (e.g., Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics) on our website.
- Ensure accurate data collection for campaign analysis and retargeting efforts.
- Troubleshoot pixel-related issues as they arise.
Creative Design Collaboration:
- Collaborate with our design team to create visually appealing ad creatives.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital assets.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Regularly analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

SEO Awareness:
- Understand basic SEO principles and contribute to on-page optimization efforts.
