Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager - Diesel Genset at Times Mansiri P. Ltd, located in Kathmandu.
- The Sales Manager - Diesel Genset will be responsible leading a team of Sales Represenratives, Dealers, developing and implementing Sales strategy, identifying new business opportunities , building and maintaining client relationship and Achieving Sales Target.
- You will also be involved in sales forecasting, market analysis and monitoribg competitors.
- This position requires extendive travelling throughout the country.
Job Specification
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales, preferably in the diesel genset industry
- Proven ability in Technical selling
- Proven history of Sales Achievement
- Strong knowledge of diesel generator sets and their applications
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Good understanding of market trends and competition
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Fluency in English and Nepali
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business events
