Job Description

Develop and implement strategies for the effective recovery of outstanding payments.
Manage and lead a team of recovery specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure targets are met.
Monitor and analyze debt recovery performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements in the debt recovery process.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to resolve payment issues and negotiate repayment plans.
Maintain accurate records of debt recovery activities and provide regular reports to senior management.
Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging to identify and address overdue accounts.
Approve sales orders in accordance with the company's credit policies.
Handle complex cases and escalations, ensuring a fair and professional approach to debt recovery.
