Job Description
- Develop and implement strategies for the effective recovery of outstanding payments.
- Manage and lead a team of recovery specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure targets are met.
- Monitor and analyze debt recovery performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements in the debt recovery process.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to resolve payment issues and negotiate repayment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of debt recovery activities and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging to identify and address overdue accounts.
- Approve sales orders in accordance with the company's credit policies.
- Handle complex cases and escalations, ensuring a fair and professional approach to debt recovery.
