Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainer in the IT field, located in Dhapasi, Kathmandu. The Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, teaching IT concepts, and facilitating e-learning sessions. The everyday tasks include preparing training materials, conducting training sessions, evaluating trainee performance, and providing feedback to ensure successful knowledge transfer. The Trainer will also collaborate with other departments to tailor training programs to meet organizational needs.
Qualifications

- Strong skills in Training and Teaching
- Proficiency in E-Learning platforms and techniques
- Excellent English and Nepali written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to design effective training programs
- Good Presentation Skill
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, or a related field
- Experience in conducting IT training sessions is a plus
