Salary Offered: Minimum NPR 40,000/- per month
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and contribute to the growth of our client base. In this role, you will serve as the face of the company and play a key role in driving revenue by implementing effective sales strategies.
As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to grow and enhance business operations by identifying new market opportunities and cultivating strong relationships with clients—specifically within the education sector, including schools and school authorities. You will be involved in strategic planning, market positioning, and client engagement to improve overall profitability and market presence.
Qualification
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Sound understanding of the travel and tourism industry, including travel destinations, products, and services.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
- Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to sales
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3–4 years of demonstrated success in sales, ideally within the travel industry or a related sector
- Proven ability in client relationship management and customer engagement
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and digital platforms.
- Customer Engagement: Provide detailed information regarding travel products, packages, itineraries, pricing, and availability in response to customer inquiries.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored travel solutions.
- Market Research: Monitor industry trends, analyze competitor activity, and identify new market opportunities to support business growth.
- Sales Documentation: Accurately prepare and present proposals, sales agreements, itineraries, and other essential documents.
- Customer Service: Ensure a seamless customer experience before, during, and after bookings to foster satisfaction and repeat business.
- Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to support continuous improvement in service delivery and product offerings.
Additional Requirement
- Transportation: Candidates must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
