Internship Highlights:

• Time: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Monday-Friday)
• Employment Type: Internship (3 Months) Paid
• Salary: Paid Intern
• Education: Fresh college graduates, preferably a Bachelor's in Computer Science
• Job Level: Should have at least developed 2-3 projects in Laravel Framework (experienced PHP Laravel Developer)

Skills and Requirements

• Most have a Basic or good concept of CRUD on Laravel
• The basic concept of OOP (Object Oriented Programming) 
• Advanced knowledge of Programming and Technology is mandatory
• Should have a basic or preferably good understanding of PHP, Laravel Framework, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript & jQuery

Responsibilities : (Learning Outcomes as a Laravel Intern at TekGro)

Application Development

• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using the Laravel framework.
• Collaborate with senior developers to write clean, efficient, and reusable code.

Database Management

• Work with databases like MySQL to design and manage schemas.
• Implement database queries and optimise them for performance.

Testing and Debugging

• Perform unit testing and debugging to identify and resolve software issues.
• Ensure application functionality aligns with client requirements.

Feature Implementation

• Develop and integrate APIs to enhance application functionality.
• Add new features or improve existing ones based on project specifications.

Collaboration and Communication

• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and updates.
• Work closely with designers, testers, and other developers to deliver high-quality applications.

Learning and Adaptation

• Stay updated with Laravel updates, PHP trends, and industry best practices.
• Proactively learn and apply new tools, frameworks, and methodologies under the guidance of mentors.

Code Documentation

• Maintain detailed and clear documentation for codebases to ensure seamless knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to project reports or technical documentation as needed.

Support and Maintenance

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues in live projects.
• Support the team in maintaining and updating applications post-deployment.
