Job Description
  • Act as a mediator between the Director and different Departments of the company.
  • Provides different administrative support such as scheduling meetings, handling emails, visitors, routing callers and answering questions and requests.
  • Effectively organizing the meeting, preparing the minute of the meeting, and circulating the information to the concerned person and department.
  • Maintaining the records of different activities in an organized way.
  • Preparing the required report and communicating it effectively.
  • Upholding with the legal requirements of the company.
  • Communicating with foreign business partners
