Job Description
- Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals
- Making entries of cash and bank transactions
- Reconciling bank accounts on a monthly basis
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Assisting in Inventory management
- Analyzing and reporting of customer and vendor aging
- Checking new vendor and customer PAN/VAT registration and address details
- Making entries of cash, bank,purchase, Tax related transactions
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
- Should know about : Vat , TDS , Balance Sheet , Audit
Job Specification
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- Maintains financial security by following internal controls
- Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
