Jyoti Bikas Bank Ltd.: A national level development bank announces for following vacancies to recruit banking professionals to be the part of the highly professional management team:

1.Corporate Position : Officer to Deputy Manager for Department Head and Jr. officer/officer for BM

Required Knowledge & Skills for all position:

• Adequate knowledge of rule, regulation, policies and act related to banking sector
• Should be fully acquainted with overall credit and operations functions of the Bank
• Should possess excellent business communication, presentation, critical analysis and strong                      interpersonal skills

2. Position Title: Branch Managers
Job Location: Pyuthan, Jajarkot, Khotang

Criteria:

• Having Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent subject from recognized University and 5 years’ of banking experience; or Bachelor’s Degree with 7 years of banking experience.
• Should possess excellent business communication, presentation, critical analysis and strong interpersonal skills
• Should be skillful in attracting new deposit and loan businesses, providing a superior level of customer service and promoting service culture through coaching guidance and staff motivation

3. Position Title: Head- General Service Department

Qualification:

• Minimum 2nd Division in Bachelors Degree in the field of Commerce/ Management/ Business Studies/ Business Administration/ Economics,/ Relevant Field)/ CA or ACCA degree holder from a recognized University,
• Experience in a Banking sector – Minimum 6 years of experience in a Banking sector with at least 1 years of experience as an in charge/Head of department

4.Position Title: Head- Finance

Qualification:

• Minimum 2nd Division in Bachelors Degree in the field of Commerce/ Management/ Business Studies/ Business Administration/ Economics/ Relevant Field)/ CA or ACCA degree holder from a recognized University.
• Experience in Banking Sector – Minimum 7 years of experience in a Banking sector with related experience in Finance.
