Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Officer, located in Kathmandu.
The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for
1- Understand Clients Nature and Objective
2- Create a customized list of Influecner from the datasbase of more than 3000 influencers
3 - Craft a customized content strategy that help clients achieve its objective
4 - Create a presentation deck with tools like Canva
5 - providing support across various communication channels.
Day-to-day tasks include managing customer interactions, maintaining customer records, and working closely with other departments to resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
- Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
