Job Overview:

We are seeking a Client Relation Executive who will act as a key point of contact for employers using our platform. Your role will be to build strong relationships with clients, ensure their satisfaction, provide support, and help them navigate and optimize their experience with the Job Matchy app and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for new and existing employers (clients)
  • Onboard employers on how to use the Job Matchy app effectively
  • Understand client hiring needs and offer customized solutions
  • Maintain regular communication with clients through phone, email, and visits
  • Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall satisfaction
  • Collect feedback from employers and relay it to the product and operations team
  • Upsell premium services and subscription packages
  • Collaborate with the recruitment and operations team to ensure timely job fulfillment
  • Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and updates
  • Represent Job Matchy Nepal at events, soft launches, and field visits when necessary
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field (preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience in client servicing, sales, or customer support (freshers with confidence and communication skills may apply)
  • Excellent communication skills in both Nepali and English
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Comfortable with basic technology and mobile applications
  • Problem-solving attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel locally when required
