Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Server at Lavie Hospitality Group located in Bouddha, Kathmandu. The Food and Beverage Server will be responsible for providing food service and customer service to guests. The day-to-day tasks include taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, and handling payment transactions.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor / Diploma in hotel management preferred
- Prior experience in hospitality industry
- Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
- Experience in Food & Beverage service
- Customer Service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Fluency in Nepali and English is preferred
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include previous experience in a customer-facing role, knowledge of different types of cuisine, and basic math skills for handling payment transactions.
