Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Food and Beverage Supervisor, located in Mechinagar Municipality with some work from home flexibility. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will oversee daily operations of food services, ensuring high standards of service and quality. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. The role also involves regular communication with other departments to optimize service efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to lead a team
- Understanding of Service Standards and Food Service operations
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in hospitality or a related field is beneficial
- A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
